Broken PEX Ball Valve Requires Repair Of PEX Water Leak

A commonly used water piping in the Willow Spring area is PEX. Numerous types of joint systems are available for PEX piping. Crimp rings are the most common type of PEX joint. The product is inexpensive and installation requires minimal labor. I install plastic and lead-free PEX fittings on a regular basis. The most common type of crimp ring is copper. I make a PEX connection joint with a PEX crimper tool.

Customers call on a regular basis for a service call to repair a water leak. Sometimes I find a pinhole leak. Other times I find a fitting has failed. Fixtures installed in PEX lines like pressure-reducing valves will also fail and require the piping to be adapted to the new fixture. Water leak repair calls are typically urgent in order to stop the leak and avert water damage.
