A Roman Tub Faucet is available in many different designs and colors. It is a deck-mounted faucet that mounts over a garden tub or whirlpool tub. A Roman Tub Faucet has a large spout in the center with separate cold water and hot water control handles. They typically mount in eight-inch drilling but many models accommodate up to sixteen-inch drilling. A Roman Tub Faucet is unique in that it has the highest flow rate of any fixture in the house. They typically furnish between five and fifteen gallons per minute. They connect directly to half-inch rough water piping which allows a higher flow rate.
